Free Lunch

As the search for missing UVA student Hannah Graham continues, local restaurants have stepped forward to feed the detectives working on the case.

Members of the Charlottesville, Albemarle, UVA, and VA State Police Departments, as well as the FBI, have been working long hours to try to find Hannah and those who are responsible for her disappearance. This leaves them with not much time to prepare or buy food, so local businesses have offered their assistance.

The Foundation has coordinated lunches from Wayside Chicken, Riverside Lunch, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Belmont Pizza. We appreciate the community's support, thank you!

James Pierce

The Police Department supports the Boys & Girls Club Teen Program by sending officers to the Cherry Avenue Club from 7 to 11 p.m. during the summer. There is nothing quite like seeing a police officer on a Teen Night in the Club, smiling, shooting hoops, or riding a mechanical bull to humanize all officers for the kids. The Club appreciates its unique partnership with the CPD and CPF.
